Guidelines for Submitting Comments:

First let us say thanks to those who have submitted comments thus far. We truly appreciate it. There are a couple of guidelines we would ask you to adhere to as you submit comments for posting.

1) We will not be posting comments that identify and criticize private citizens. We know some of the other blogs have already crossed this line by criticizing citizens without provacation but we will not be doing that here.

2) We will allow criticism of elected officials and candidates. However, we will not allow wild accusations or personal attacks. You may criticize the candidates voting record, or campaign material, or opinions but you may not attack the person or their family.

3) Thus far the comments we have received have all been regarding the growth debate but we intend for this site to be for a broader spectrum of county issues. Please submit comments regardless or how you judge their relevance to the site thus far.

4) We do not have to necessarily agree with you to post your comments and comments have already been posted that would not be penned by us.
